  The fan on our refrigerator was broken and needed to be replaced. Nick's was responsive, arrived quickly, and took less than 15 minutes to do the work. A little over a month later, the same noise started happening indicating that the fan was possibly broken again. Nick's said I would be charged another $90 just to come over and replace the part a second time. He also let me know that he gets a 90 day warranty from the manufacture so I'm not sure why he only passes along 30 days to his customers.

  Frank was awesome to work with! He was responsive, profesional, and educational. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts readily available. He was also fair with his price. I will definitely call again. Thank you!

  We called Nick's because we needed our refrigerator fixed, had a blown fan. Waited all week so they could send this guy named Frank on Friday afternoon. He came in, stood in front of the fridge for about 3 minutes typing on his phone and then he said sorry, can't help you, you'll have to call someone else and then he left. I couldn't believe it! So we continued to be screwed all weekend having put our faith in NICKS REFRIGERATION AND APPLIANCE REPAIR. We did call someone else as NICK'S recommended Monday morning and we had it fixed quickly and easily with someone else. Our only mistake was wasting our time with NICK'S. That will NEVER happen again.

  Hotpoint oven did not work. Left a message that I was having company. It was near the end of the day. Nick's Refrigertion came over,and repaired right away. So greatful for such quick and courtious service.
