Yesterday I met with Dan Allen in your office with the hope that he could assist in organizing/condensing/explaining the (often duplicated) paperwork sent by the State Farm office re the insurance policies for our home and two autos that Dan had recently sold to my wife Donna Ray and me. With his usual polite expertise, he was able to “make sense of it all” to the degree that I felt he fulfilled our desire for a competent representative of our particular circumstances -- given our limited comprehension of insurance services (and jargon), and also staying within our budget constraints.
I might add that my very first impression of Dan as a salesperson was that he was both knowledgeable and readily available for this type of support -- which were the primary reasons that we changed from our previous insurance company of six years (rather than simply comparing policies, prices, reputation, etc.).
