  Nichols was extremely responsive to our situation. We were out of town at a family wedding and it was brought to our attention that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Erin took our call on a Friday afternoon and was able to have Ron GuderJahn assess and complete the repair that night. Their communication and response to our issue was exceptional and allowed us to have a wonderful family event without worry. Thank you to all at Nicholas Electric and Plumbing!

  Hess did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he was cross-trained in both plumbing and electrical work — he installed new ball valves and replaced my hose bibs, and also replaced my two outdoor outlets with bubble covers to prepare for winter. The quality of his work was top-notch. It was definitely on the expensive side, but I was in a tight spot and needed it done right — and he delivered.

  The service from start to finish was exceptional. Before the appointment, I spoke with a representative who was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. This high level of service continued with our technician, Dustin D., who diagnosed and resolved our issue. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and solution. It was a pleasure working with him, and we would use this company again based on his outstanding service alone.

  After failed attempts to change out the tub spout that had rusted along with the shower handle that stopped heating up ourselves my wife and I booked an appointment online with Nichols Electrical and Plumbing. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out the next business day. We had used their services once before for electrical work and knew we liked their expertise and workmanship. Ron was pleasant and got the job done the same day. With our house being over 100 years old and having had some DIY stuff done before we bought it I’m not surprised an easy change out we couldn’t accomplish. But they got it done and I couldn’t be happier. Now everything works as it’s supposed to and they even confirmed we didn’t have any leaks from the prior DIY installation. I highly recommend them as they are quick, efficient, and priced fair for their warranties on labor and materials. Next projects we have for plumbing or electrical they definitely will be who we hire.

  We had the pleasure of having Nichols plumbing install a water heater for our home do to our water heater started leaking and of course we were without hot water. I called several other places, and the soonest any body could come out wasn't until following week. so, I called Sera at Nichols and she had a service person here within 25 minutes! Excellent! Luke Farwell came, to look over the job, gave me an estimate for a complete removal and replacement. the price was fare and I would welcome the install. Luke started working right then and there. Luke is an extremely pleasent man with a wealth of knowledge. His partner arrive with a new hearter. They were finished in about two hours. great thanks to them both!!
