  Nic definitely put our needs as priority! He made the sale of our home so simple. Constantly there for us when we had questions and did not leave us hanging. He created ease and peace of mind in such a chaotic time of our life. He made us feel like we were his only client even though we knew we weren’t.

  Whether you’re looking to buy or sell your home, Nic is definitely who you should choose to work with! He was so honest and always available for any question you may have! He’s also extremely knowledgeable on the surrounding area (like local events, restaurants/brewery recommendations, etc) which really helped the buying process go so smoothly.

  There is no better realtor than Nic. He had our home sold weeks before we would have been able to even list our home. Even with the set backs he made the entire process easy he is the most valuable asset to home owners and Home buyers in the interior. Even after we no longer lived in Alaska he has been more than willing to take time out of his very busy schedule to help us make decisions on selling and buying home knowing he is not going to make any money helping us. In short Nic’s top priority is helping people achieve their goals he is and always will be my fist call anytime I need a realtors help. Thank you Nic your the GOAT of Real estate!

  Nic Williams is by far the greatest realtor ever. I can’t say just in Fairbanks because I’ve dealt with others in different states and he is the greatest. We were selling a home in the Fairbanks area and buying a home in Wisconsin and he made it so easy for us. When we bought our home in Fairbanks Nic was our realtor and when we sold it 3 years later he was the only one we thought to reach out to. When we got to Wisconsin and were buying a house, we reached out to Nic with questions and he was always right there with anything we needed. Knowing he wasn’t making any commission on that sale he was still there to help in any way he could. Thank you so much Nic and Randy you both made our transition a breeze.
