  Because my house is an old originally cinder block house There were some extra challenges to the technician but he solved the problems and did a very neat and professional installation.

  I took off work for them to come and install the internet. They told us they'd be there between 8am -12. They didn't show up, if they'd called and said they'd been late no problem but they didn't. I called to tell them I had to leave and we'd be back between 4 and 4:30. They called me back and said they'd be there at 3:50 but if I wasn't there by 4;15 they was leaving. I was there at 4 nobody around and never showed up "WE CALLED THEM AGAIN" they gave excuses we told them if they can't show up this evening then forget about it. Needless to say we are not getting this internet. The communication with this company is horrible.

  I am impressed with Blake. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He communicates well with us. I am disappointed in Nextlink, that your company has left us without service for a week! I am certain if Blake had been available this issue would have been resolved much sooner.
