  The customer service is absolutely garbage, the service worked for 2 years no problems but recently had some brown outs and it dried the radio, tech installed a new one and it's also bad he said the company wouldn't let him go back to the warehouse to get another one so we were told we are just stuck with out internet. DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO SITE COMPANY.

  The service representatives that comes out and sets up everything is a awesome guy but when somthing breaks on a Friday or Saturday they will do nothing but tell you to wait all weekend till Monday this has happened on numerous occasions I live 1 min from the warehouse they send their works out of and still couldn't get help

  I have a main location and another tied to it in a different location. I have to reset (unplug and plug all devices and wait for reconnection about every 3 weeks) to restore internet at my secondary location. It’s get very old and am thinking of not back to AT&T or find another source if they can’t resolve this issue. I have called many times only to get the unplug fiasco.

  Both the technician and the supervisor were really friendly and were not afraid to hold a conversation while focusing on there work at the same time!
