  Every experience has been great. We have a less than traditional set up at our house due to rural location and each time the techs are great. Always willing to go extra mile. Customer service is great and US based. 10/10 recommend

  This was a great experience from start to finish. When I called about getting service the guy was very helpful. When they called to set up a time to install the lady was very friendly. When they came out to install everything they were very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. It was great from day one the whole process. I highly recommend them !!

  The absolute worst internet company I’ve ever had, even worse than Suddenlink. The internet is out for the 3rd time today and 6th time in the last 2 weeks. They tell you they fixed it on the phone (1 hour long conversation) then it goes out again within the hour. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GET ANYONE BUT NEXTLINK
