  Loved this internet provider at first. Fast and affordable but then every time it would thunder and or lightning the transceiver would burn out and then we would be without internet for a couple days while we wait for a service tech to come out a replace the transceiver just to have it burn out in less than a month because of bad weather. Sorry, im going to find a different provider with better reliability.

  Technician Jacob Casey let me know that he was on his way, arrived on time, and was very efficient. He explained everything he was doing and answered my concerns. The installation process went smoothly. I am very satisfied with Jacob’s services. He did a great job installing my receiver.

  Horrible service and awful customer service! My interent is constantly not working. I spend more time calling them and reporting trouble than anything else! I'm done with them! They don't support their customers at all! DO NOT switch to them if you are with another company! They are terrible! My one day off that I have to do school work for my college courses and I can't work on any of it because my internet doesn't work yet again!!!!
