  Nextlink internet installed internet at our home. Knowing they’ve had issues providing satisfactory service to our location previously (the tech told me this to my face), simply because they are all about getting customers whatever way they can. Our internet has gone down more times than we can count in the short time we’ve lived here & each time we’ve called for technical support they have expected myself or my husband to handle it OR charge us for an additional service fee to come on location. When we finally had a tech come out to the house, they were unable to resolve anything - stating it is our problem that it is not working.. due to the equipment we have. They knew they were unable to provide us reliable internet from the very beginning, yet stuck us in a contract and are now charging us $400+ in early termination fees. I would not recommend this “service” to anyone I know.

  Have problems with the speeds they promise and staying online when you need it. Switched from a provider with slower speeds, but it was at least usable whenever I needed it….
