  Worst ISP I've ever had. Works less than 20% of the time. Had it less than a month, never works, out all the time, no one will give an ETA on return of service. A complete joke of a company, what a dumpster fire. Avoid this company at all costs. To Nextlink, don't bother asking me to change my review. I will not do retroactive reviews, you should have provided better service in the first place if you wanted a good review. Edit: I did in fact call and try to get it fixed. However, it was not fixed. I reiterate, this company is garbage, avoid them at all costs.

  The salesperson was friendly and very helpful during the process. The technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, friendly, and was so good with our dog--who is a nervous barker with strangers. It never phased him. He just kept working and talking to her till she quieted.

  Both the installer and the team that came to bury the line were great. Personable, quick, efficient, and produced a high quality of work. I was amazed at the speed and ease of the process.
