The tech was fantastic. I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years and I rate this guy as top tier. He’s one any company should have working for them. Kudos to him. I’m not sure how much he is paid but it’s not enough. Don’t lose this tech. He is pretty damn good.

The technician was very nice and hardworking and knowledgeable, he got the internet connection with no problems, the only issue I have is the fiber line is running out of the main box and exposed to things that can cut the cable line and cause issues... it is almost a mile long from the main box in the ground...

The outages we have had have been horrible. We are going on 3 days and they have no answers. They don't realize or dont care people depend on internet to run a business. We are switching to Starlink at this point. Don't waste your time with setting up an account, its too frustrating.
