  I have been a Texas NextLink Internet customer for a couple weeks now. I have requested support from Billing and Tech Support. Both have been fantastic in responding and resolving my issues in a very short time. The internet speeds have also been fantastic. The service from Tech Support could not be better than what I have received.

  Great experience starting with the lady who called and answered all my questions and walked me through the process. On the day of installation technician Nick called me in advance and did a good job.

  We had searched for a good internet service provider for a few weeks after we moved to the area. We initially tried AT&T Air-Fi cellular internet service & it was not an acceptable option in our area. I found Nextlink on a Google search & decided to give them a try. From the very first call I made to them, I was impressed. Their customer service was super, they did what they told me they would do; and the installation process was very smooth. Finally, the internet service & connection speed has been great so far. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

  My service has been down for almost a week and the soonest time they have to come out is another week out. If you work from home or depend on your service don't do it. The service is good when it works but response time to service calls is unacceptable. This has been a continuous issue.
