  Patrick Caslin is an amazing Nextlink technician. Extremely professional and friendly. Explained everything to me that he needed to do to have our Internet up and running in a short period of time. I really appreciated that Nextlink has a great employee in Patrick and also that I was able to accomplish work from home today!!! Thank you!!!!

  I can't say enough about the HIGH quality of the service from this company. From the online help, to the phone assistance and diagnostics, to the clean, friendly, knowledgeable and timely techs that come to the house. The few times in the past 12 years I have had to have help, it has been STELLAR! This time- the roofers put the dish in slightly the wrong place in combo with a tree that grew up in the signal path over a decade, combined with a worn out piece of equipment. Communication along the way was fantastic.
