I'm sorry to say that this the worst Internet provider that I have EVER encountered...THE WORST. My daughter died 6 years ago, and my WiFi has not worked since then. I made many calls to my local tech.(Jason) , and recieved no help at all. He moved his work base to Iowa and didn't bother to tell me OR tell me that his replacement was a gentleman named Brian. I complained to a neighbor (friend of Jason) and then he called me back and told me to call Brian...Although, I don't believe that I should have to use a router (I believe that your company should provide a strong enough single to bring the Internet, and WiFi that I have been paying for. Today, I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with your company and really all that they are addressing is my router...SINCE I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE FOR 6 YEARS...I believe that the service should be provided. If, and when the router that I purchased (I bought the one that your company told me to) is installed I expect your company to provide the service I have had the last 6 years. And, I expect the techs. to give me some/any communication regarding the failure to provide WiFi.
