  The tech that came out was amazing. He informed me of everything he was doing. Showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it. Very friendly and seemed to love doing his job. Answered any question I had. Could not have asked for a better tech. Thank you. Nextlink has been amazing to have a pretty great service. If you live in a rural area they are the way to go and are very affordable.

  The technician was very knowledgeable about the product he was installing rather than just installing it because it was an option or selling us on something we did not need. He made sure what he was installing was what was best for our office and made sure all was working like it was suppose to before he left our office.

  Xavier was amazing! He is a great technician! He explained everything that was going to be done. He was very respectful while in our house. The installation went smooth and Xavier represents Nextlink in a professional manner! Kudos to this young man! Great job!

  Amazing service! My installer worked hard and was very professional, he tried to set it up and couldn’t get a strong signal but never gave up and was able to find a line of site spot that worked! We need more people like Cody Garza who go the extra mile to help find solutions!
