Awful service, frequent outages and personnel is unhelpful and unresponsive when assistance is needed. I would never do business with them again.

Has been out on and off since October.
Last month they took $300 from my account unauthorized and would only give a $15 credit.
Called 6 times in 2 days to get it going.
Nothing has been solved and I'm still without internet and no one has any explanations as to why it's not working.
The gal I talked to had basically was like your out of luck and we can't help you.
I'm tired of paying for a service that never works and techs that won't show up to find the issue

Terrible service. Our internet has been down for most of the last 2 months. No one in tech support or customer service can explain why. No one can tell me what is being done about it. Unreliable service has become the norm at Nextlink. If you want reliable service, go somewhere else.
