  Mauro Garria was my technician today. I had a power surge during a recent storm that ruined my router. He replaced my old one with a new one and fixed some of my damaged cables. Had everything up and running in about an hour. Very polite and friendly.

  The local tech team who installs and services homeowner equipment in Kansas, TJ, Koda, and Trevor, provide awesome customer service and respond asap to issues. However, the main company call center and correspondence is the reason for the mid-level review. If it weren't for the professionalism and quality service of the three individuals named, this service would have been cancelled when we were told by the main company we wouldn't get a service call for almost two weeks when our service quit working.

  Brent did an excellent job today! He called well ahead of the appointment and was very prompt and professional. The installation went perfectly and he explained everything so well. The equipment is sleek. We are overjoyed to be getting more than 50 Mbps speeds in our home, when we previously had 700 Kbps with the only other option we had. I am blown away! This is the company to do business with, and I especially appreciated when Brent said that if the speed wasn’t up to par, they wouldn’t install it or bill us a single thing. We’re loving it!
