  Shaunda went above and beyond for us during the process of selling our house. She was always available and her cheerful spirit was a pleasure. It continually felt like we had a friend representing our interests and listening to our concerns. Shaunda is both professional and knowledgeable. She was quick to resolve any issues that arose and knew which solutions were the most viable in our market. She was always prepared with both facts and experiences to back up her conclusions. We cannot recommend her enough!

  If you want a realtor who understands the market, knows the area and always has your best interest at heart, you want Shaunda Holt. She worked with 2 of my sons who were first time buyers. She listened to their wants and had the patience to take them to a ton of homes. She explained pros and cons of each and every home. She never pressured or discouraged their search. She treated them as if they were her family. They both are proud home owners and we owe it all to Shaunda. She has vision, knowledge and passion for what she does!

  We used Shaunda and her team to stage and sell our home. Boy Howdy she did a fantastic job. Shaunda knows the market and your area very well.
