  I was craving a burger and this was not a good choice. I'm pretty sure my patty was raw in places, very mushy. :( I will not be hitting this place again. It was totally dead and now I know why. If Next Level wants to improve, they could grill or at least warm up the bun. Cook the patty all the way through and improve the meat quality. The staff was just a couple super bored kids. Nothing wrong with them, just got the vibe that they REALLY did NOT want to be there.

  Got kicked out while I was trying to order on their self order kiosk with my well behaved little dog between my legs. There are so many other establishments who are way more friendly to pet owners around Hawthorne. Please go support those places.

  I ordered an entree sized farmhouse Caesar salad and a five piece nugget on September 17, 2025 at 9:08 PM. When my food arrived, not only was my Salad size not the correct size, not only was there no dressing on the salad, but the lettuce and everything else looked wilted and almost rotten. I’ve ordered from next level burger for years, but I will never order from them again, This is insulting.
