  Good prices and so many soy-free options. That’s big in the vegan option world. Tastes good and the staff is always a blast.

  I’ve been to Next Level a number of times (Concord and SF). I just went to the Concord location today and got a large sweet potato fries and a chick’n sandwich, which is my usual order. They gave me literally 10-15 fries for $10 and the sandwich had a sour and horrible after taste, which I’ve never experienced from them before. I was very disappointed, as I spent $22 for essentially a few fries, since I had to throw the sandwich away. Really disappointed and a big waste of money for me.

  If all vegan food tasted like this, I'd never eat meat again. I always get a double fire cheeseburger and they've had a really good thanksgiving sandwich in the past

  The burgers were delicious. Kim even asked how our food was and refilled our water cups for us. Great customer service!

  Kim gave amazing service! She was very polite. The milkshakes were awesome! I will be back!
