  Sam was respectful and answered all my questions. His temporary solution was great. Today is late Friday. He verified the drain cannot be opened. I liked his temporary solution until Monday when they will create a new drain line for my AC. Sam went over the design and I think it is going to work. I appreciate you sending Sam late on Friday to troubleshoot my AC drain pipe. Monday Oct 13: Anthony and Zak came to install a new drain line or pipe. They realized the new line will have to have many 90 degree turns before it is out of the outside wall. That's not good. It will clog up quickly. They decided to attempt to unclog the old line. They poured lots of Simply Green in the old pipe. Then they vacuumed from inside the garage. Magically, the clogged pipe opened up. The cost dropped by 50%. Thank you.

  They put me on their schedule without confirming an appointment time, and it took 3 calls over a 3 day period to cancel. I’m sure they provide good service but they are very frustrating to deal with if you aren’t just doing what they want to do.

  UV installed 2022 w new A/C system , bulb lasted almost 3 years- Replacement UV bulb installed 8/1, stopped working 8/27, new bulb ordered & installed 8/8 with warranty. Fingers crossed it will last they are not cheap , very pleased with Next Generation , good customer service, very responsive, and professional efficient technicians overall.
