  I was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional service provided by NexGen Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded quickly to my request and were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief on a hot day. The technician, Mike, was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. He walked me through the entire repair process and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease. I highly recommend NexGen to anyone in need of AC repair services. They are dependable, professional, and provide exceptional customer service.

  Another HVAC company tried to gouge me on labor and shipping on the price of a warranty repair for a 2 year old unti. I contacted NexGen and they informed me of the truth about warranty work. They got the part the same day and made the repair at a very reasonabale labor rate.

  Cecil came, introduced himself and immediately got to work. Had everything done in no time, explained what all was the issue with my ductwork and even topped off my system just to make sure. Awesome experience, definitely going with these folks again if I ever need to!
