  They did my underglow lights on my Camaro and told me about the Igla Security Alarm like an idiot I declined and the car was stolen a short time later. Bought my Cadi and first thing I did was have Newport Sound install an Igla on it. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to use it. Thank you Michael and Ryan I will sleep easy knowing my car is safe

  This review is way overdue and much deserved. I was looking for a high end security system for my TRX and requested multiple quotes from installers in the area. Not only did big Mike respond in a timely manner, he provided me upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Gave me all the options that I may need and a no pressure sales approach. I got busy with life and months later I reached out again and finally booked an appt. I chose the Compustar PRO T13 w/drone. Took only a few hours and Big Mike even offered a quick ride to a coffee shop so I can do some work. I love this alarm with two way remote and phone app control. I had a little sensitivity issue so I called and talked to Mike (another excellent guy at the shop) and they had me stop in for a quick no charge adjustment. Thank you for a no pressure sales approach, upfront pricing and excellent after service. Thank you to Big Mike and Mike for your help.

  I took in a BMW to replace door trim and AC vents and they did an incredible job, finished on the same day, and were super friendly.
