I’ve used them for a few different service issues since then and they’ve been fantastic. Hilmer came out today to fix one of our condensers and he was friendly, explained the issue thoroughly, and gave me some options to consider to prevent future issues. He even called the manufacturer of our condensers to confirm that they’re still covered under warranty - truly above and beyond!

- ASAlex SunJun 26, 20251.0I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism. It is June and there is a heatwave in JC. This vendor scheduled me a week in advance and cancelled an hour before the appointment for no reason other than they felt like it. The next availability will be a week from today for the inspection and he can’t promise they won’t cancel again the morning of. I had cancelled on my other bidders to give Newmans a shot. It’s 100 degrees out my family and I are suffering unnecessarily to this business’s obtuse attitude. Learn from my mistake.
