- JNJoe Noga4 days ago4.0Good food, I think it’s better than Panera. But the service was top-notch and it was clean. We went during a fairly busy lunch hour and they handled our crew of five with speed and excellent service. Everything felt clean, looked clean and stayed clean throughout our visit.

The General Manager is the only good thing about this place and the only reason it runs as smoothly as it does. The owner, however, is the root of the problem. He is entitled, lazy, and astonishingly unprofessional. Employees are overworked, disrespected, and tossed aside without warning. I saw it myself while my coworkers and I busted our backs setting up new furniture for HIS store, he sat idly by, pretending his presence made a difference. His only real concern is reviews, not his staff, not his customers, and certainly not the quality of his business. So here it is, what he seems to hate most, bad reviews and the truth. This restaurant is hollow, unstable, and built on arrogance rather than leadership. Under his ownership, it will never be anything more than a disappointment. Thanks for reading, hope this helps. Don’t support restaurants like this, especially FRANCHISES.
