  Did an online order and as always it was ready on time and delicious. I get the new steak sandwich and I thinks it’s one of the best in Oxford!

  The sandwiches were on diet because it barely had any stuffing in it. Last few times when I ate in Southaven Newk’s the sandwich was loaded, but as you see these sandwiches did not have enough in it. I was very disappointed today, as I went with my wife after a long time in Oxford Newk’s. Not a pleasant experience. I would give zero star for today. After you spend $30 for two people one would expect a filling lunch & a good meal.

  Food was good. No one was working the counter but there was a computer you could order at. We hung out at the counter until a worker came to take our order. Food prep was fast. The dining area was hot in temp (it was about 6:15 pm and front windows face west).

  Have been eating Newks for 15 years. The last few years I’ve seen a major decline in food quality and taste. Yesterday I ordered a sandwich and soup. Tiny pieces of chicken on my Newks Q, no cheese, tiny piece of bacon, and no white bbq sauce. The lobster bisque had several ingredients left out. That’s the 4th time at this has happened at this particular location. Sandwich and soup were not edible and had I not been driving and opened it after I got home, I would have asked for a refund and new meal.
