  I absolutely love the chicken pesto sub - and how I can order on my phone and it's always perfect and ready when I get to the restaurant.

  We came in when it was just about closing time and each employee was very gracious. We tried to eat quickly so not to be in the way of closing procedures, but they assured us we were fine and not to feel rushed.

  My family and I love Newk's, every time we order I know we will not only enjoy the food but also the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. I always feel safe when I order because they always listen and say attention to me about my daughter and my food allergies. They also are knowledgeable about the ingredients of their memu options and can answer my questions without needing to ask a manager or another staff member for those answers. The prices may seem a little high, but we always have enough food for lunch the following day so the prices average out. The cherry on top of the cake of our experiences at Newk's is just that, cake. Or more specifically, the Strawberry cake!!!! They have the best Strawberry cake I've ever had. Never too dry, or to wet and mushy. Always tasting of Strawberry with just the right amount of strawberry frosting. Yummy, but now I want some!

  Management treats their employees so poorly!! I went in around lunchtime and as I was ordering my food the manager slammed a tray of silverware behind a young girl at the counter. Not only was it loud but others besides myself stopped to see what was going on. This man was so upset it seemed he was taking it out on his employees. I honestly felt bad for the employees having to experience this. I did call to complain and was told he was the general manager. I’m amazed to see the kind of person they have overseeing this place. It is absolutely disgusting to see this type of management.
