  I can’t say enough good things about Neway Pools North Carolina! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. My project manager, Lucas, went above and beyond, he took his time to design a custom 3D model of my backyard so I could visualize exactly how everything would look before construction even started. The design included a beautiful saltwater pool, a built-in jacuzzi, and even a sandbar area that completely transformed my property into a private resort. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how patient and professional the team was throughout the process. They even offered free demolition as part of a promotion, which saved me a ton and showed they truly care about giving their customers great value. The final result exceeded every expectation, the paver design, the quality, the craftsmanship, and the customer service were all incredible. If you’re thinking about getting a pool in North Carolina, I highly recommend Neway Pools. They turned my backyard dreams into reality!

  I’ve officially signed the contract for my new pool, and I couldn’t be happier with how things are going so far. Lucas has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process — responsive, patient, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve made a few changes along the way, and each time Lucas handled it with professionalism and flexibility. The team has already visited the site multiple times to make sure everything aligns with my vision, which gives me a lot of confidence in their attention to detail. I’m really looking forward to seeing the project get underway. So far, it’s been a smooth and reassuring experience, and I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. I’ll be sharing updates throughout the build to document the progress and final results.

  Neway did a great job building my pool. I never had a pool so I was very nervous about the process. They put my apprehensions to rest immidiately by working with me, handling the detail keeping me informed every step of the way. I was assigned a great project manager who had a great team working with him. Their follow-up was amazing. I have had so many compliments on the pool, tiles, decking, spa and design. I highly recommend Neway and their very professional staff.

  Neway Pools completely exceeded my expectations! After meeting with so many different companies about my pool project, the team at Neway stood out with ease. They were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything I asked. The construction process was seamless from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves.   I’ve gotten multiple pool estimates and I must say that newway pools blew everyone out of the park. I can honestly say that the customer service is amazing and always responsive. Everything was a smooth and an easy process. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a pool to be done.
