- MMMrs. McCorrytoday5.0This place is literally a hidden gem. We had to drive through a neighborhood to get here and all of a sudden this little business appeared. The staff are super friendly, greeting us the moment we walked through the door. I'm guessing it was the manager who told us about the place. There are many cuts of meat available including seafood. The refrigerator area has prepared foods from meals, salads, to biscuits and other pastries. We had lunch. My husband got the 4 different steaks, some sort of "flight" and I had the steak fries. The truffle fries were amazing! The brussel sprouts were very good. The portions were more than generous. Our meal was 1/3 the cost of going to Capital Grille and it was SO MUCH BETTER. Definitely coming back!

They also had coleslaw which is more mayonnaise-based and not sweet like KFC..... You can actually pick whatever you want out of the meat cases, get it cooked and eat it in house. They also have beer and wine on tap and they sell bottles of wine here as well. I have never been to a place such as this one. I genuinely enjoyed every single part of this experience as well as sitting at the bar and chatting with the two bartenders, Ashley and Nate, who really seem to know their stuff.

- SSSusan SchallauOct 11, 20255.0We ate lunch 10/11/25 - it was excellent. We will be back for a dinner… you can pick your own meat from the case and they will cook it order with a side. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. They are recently opened here in Cary. These are same folks who own the Butcher Shop in Dilworth Charlotte - which is one of my favorite spots there. Go now before word gets out. They are going to be packed.

The husband and I came here for date night and it seems super low key but you will NOT be disappointed in anything you purchase here. Love the (in order), staff, food, food and food. Thanking you. Date night spot for life.
