- JAJay AnneauxSep 8, 20255.0This shop has it all! But most of all they know your name and treat you like you are the only customer in the shop. Their selections of Prime and Choice CAB steaks are the best in town and within a 50-mile radius. Will and his butcher Bo have all the info you need to make your grilling experience TOP NOTCH. Do not sleep on their wine selection either. Make sure you get their house steak seasoning too. Oh yes, if the weather is not ideal for grilling, they also do hot meals ready to pick up and chow down when you get home - I believe they do these hot meals 3 or 4 times a week. Check them out - 7 days a week. I know where I will be getting our FRESH Turkey for Thanksgiving and our roast for Christmas!

- HVHugh VRAug 28, 20252.0On the good side, I bought some fillet mignon last week that was wonderful. On the bad side, I bought the shrimp yesterday and several were bad (tasted like ammonia), which did not do well for our stomachs. Recommend you stick with the meat and only pick up frozen seafood.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to give cooking tips. You can really taste the difference compared to grocery store cuts—this place is a gem!
