  Ok.. might have been and an understanding but I asked for my bagel.. and it wasn't..plus side plenty of cream cheese..

  The folks that work there are great but the bagels are extremely subpar. On top of that they give you a thimble of cream cheese on the bagel, I know that ingredients are getting more expensive but for $5 I expect better than this. It seems like every time I give this place another chance it disappoints me more. You might as well just go get a straight roll and eat it, the cream cheese is basically imperceptible.

  NY bagel is my staple. I genuinely come here 2-3 times a week. Every single thing on the menu is great, the app is the best!!! I love the vibe inside, it’s super cute great staff. I always recommend NY Bagel to everyone

  This place should NOT be called New York Bagel! I’m not sure if it was an off day as this was my first time trying it but holy smokes, probably the worst bagels I have ever had. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. The breakfast sandwich was ridiculously messy, everything was falling out, the bagel was dry and dense. From the look of the sandwich you would think it was bursting with flavor but NOPE! Even with the amount of liquid dripping with the egg and cream cheese, the bagel stayed as hard as cardboard and it did not have that great chewiness a bagel should have. The bagel with cream cheese was just as bad, the only saving grace was the flavor of the walnut cream cheese, which was delightful. All in all, I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating, it makes me sad to think that this is the bagel standard here in Tulsa.
