Customer Service is horrible and unfriendly
Greeting to customers needs much attention. Employees and friends are greeted with smiles and conversation while customers are left feeling like a bother for their patronage.

Horrible service. We showed up at 5pm and stood in line for 10 minutes before someone showed up. They then told us they already shut down the food an hour before they close to "prepare for closing". Will never go back to this location.

I had my food delivered. Unfortunately the manager forgot to give my dasher half of my order all while I’m at work and can’t leave. (That’s why I door dashed it) when I called she apologized and offered a refund. So I gave my food to someone in the office and just didn’t eat lunch. I won’t be ordering from this one again. This has been a repetitive situation at this location.

For years I used to buy bagels for my office once a week from this location. This morning I go in and the person working is on her phone, sees me, and runs to the back. I wait 10 mins and hear the door close going out side. As I give up, I walk out side and she is still on her phone. I ask if she is "working" she tells yes and continues to talk on the phone. Horrible customer service. Plenty other options. won't be going back.
