Cashier was supposed to have cancelled 1 pair of shoes, but instead charged me twice…contacted customer service without any solution. Do not shop here!!! Especially if picking up an online order….

- AWAlicia WitkopSep 11, 20252.0Needed new shoes for the spouse and went straight for the clearance first, immediately an employee let me know about sales and directed me to the information without taking up a lot of time. The cashier was really sweet, had a lot of cute accessories, so we chatted while we waited for change. Really cool. Went back for a second pair and while we were comparing two boxes the employee was already trying to put them away, but we were six feet from where we got them. Seems like time they could have spent sweeping the men's clearance section, because it's crunchier than fresh snow.
- LSLesley SandAug 13, 20251.0I purchased shoes at the Sterling Heights location. I wanted another size which they did not have, however was told they had the size at the Troy store. I took the shoes to the Troy store to exchange if the half size fit a little better. The price for the shoes at the Troy store was not on sale so they would not give me an even exchange. When I ask the manager if I returned my discounted shoes; what would she sell them for she said full price. Since the store would lose nothing, why not do a courtesy for the customer.
