  This company is very reliable, fair priced, and honest. It’s nice to have the confidence and trust that they have your best interest at heart, and you won’t be taken advantage of. I’ve been using them since we moved here 4 years ago. They are always quick to respond. Today I was in need of emergency services. Al and Vance came to the rescue and have our house back in business at a fair price. It’s nice to work with a company of this character with such outstanding service techs.   Saturday afternoon, water stopped working in the home. Called the emergency number, got ahold of Matt, he came over in his PERSONAL VEHICLE on his time to check it out since we lived around the corner. Rex came out about an hour later, we went to dinner with friends, came home, work was done and everything was back up and running again. No headaches at all. Straight forward, honest, quick to respond and highly recommend. You won't find another company like this in the STATE.

  We were nearing 24 hours with no water. The first well tech arrived in about two hours and said, “Ehh, it may be the pump. I can get it fixed in about three days.” He only looked AT the pump and within ten minutes, he left and said “Call me later.” The second plumbing tech arrived in about four hours and said, “Yeah, it’s the pump. We’re looking at about $4,500 in repairs and we’ll have to dig about 100 feet into the ground. I can get it fixed in about five days. But, if you call me directly, I may be able to work you out a deal.” Again, he simply just looked AT the pump and he was gone within five minutes. A few vodka cranberries and tears later, we called Charles with New Life Well and Pump and explained today’s event. He didn’t even know what to say! He sent over Matt who arrived within 30 minutes and he immediately did what no one else did; ACTUALLY CHECKED THE PUMP. We had a fried wire on the pump and a water logged pressure tank. He took the time to explain why this happened, replaced all the parts, cleaned our aerator, and told us how to maintain it. Note; I’ve NEVER lived on well water so I’m oblivious to all of this. He didn’t complain or gripe once, he was well-mannered and spoke in terms I understood, and was beyond thorough in his work. Great job!!! 👍🏽
