  Very slow service on a Monday night when there were no customers. Asked for a margarita pizza, and it was spicy, after requesting to change - they made the same thing over again and couldn’t eat because it was spicy again. Too slow of a service.

  One of the best Indian fast food places in Chicagoland area. Authentic spicy taste, they don't cheap out on flavors to adapt to American palate.

  I ordered food at New Freezeland around 9 PM. While waiting, I noticed a woman and a young girl sitting and eating at one of the tables. The girl was coughing continuously, but at the time we assumed they were just customers, so we didn’t think much of it. What shocked us was what happened next. I saw the cashier—who appeared to be the husband—put a spoon back into the communal spoon holder. Shortly after, the same woman (his wife) picked up our order and handed it to us. That’s when it became clear they were not just customers, but part of the staff or owners. Right after handing us the food, the entire family left the restaurant. Considering the daughter was visibly sick and coughing nonstop, this was extremely concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. It felt careless and completely unprofessional. We didn’t feel comfortable eating the food after witnessing all of that. Won’t be returning.

  We tried here for the first time on last weekend. We ordered just two items Vada pav with cheese and chilli garlic noodles. I told them to make the noodles spicy. They served the vada pav without cheese first time and when I told this they replaced it but after waiting for more than 20 mins. In the meantime noodles came, and it was only warm. I could taste the rawness of the sauces with heavy chilli powder. It should have been sauteed well and they just added the cold noodles, just coated it with the masala and gave us. That's why everything was raw and just warm which is really frustrating after paying $13.99. They should respect every order whether it's crowded or not and keep up with it. Very disappointing experience.
