  Called on Saturday asking if there was availability last minute on Sunday or Monday. She said no, but would call me if someone cancelled. I then asked if we can schedule one for her next availability in case something doesn’t open up and she said sure Wednesday. I asked if we could schedule it after 4 and she said she had an arrival time between 4-5 and that was that. The conversation led me to believe we were good to go and she would call to confirm and get my address and such. Not the case. Wednesday morning and I call to confirm my appointment and there isn’t one!! I took the day off work for this. I asked her what we could do to rectify the situation and she said basically nothing because they were full. My husband then called to speak with her or a manager and she hung up on him! Very unprofessional. Immediately called The Right Movers and they were able to get me on the books for today no problem.

  Bryan and his crew did such a good job! They worked fast and gentle with our things. Very good customer service starting from the office down to the field team! We will use theme again.

  Thank you New Caney Movers! I am so thankful for the help I got from Broderick, Greg and James. I had to move my whole house into a U-Haul to have my floors redone due to flooding by Imelda. I was totally overwhelmed by the project. Your guys came in and got right to work. They made my day so much better because of how they took care of everything! I'm looking forward to them coming back next weekend to help me unload the U-Haul! Keep up the good work guys!
