I like the fact that you are keeping the building codes up. You are having businesses and homes constructed with a good amount of brick / stone. This serves 2 puposes; it hives mote curb appeal fir more years than wood that needs painting for is rotted or faded.
I do have one complaint. When you exit the town of Schertz and you drive maybe 200 yards, there is a green & white sign that says New Braunfles City Limits. You continue driving north a few miles a d you see the blue & white more ornate marker (brick) tha says Welcome to New Braufles. Shouldn't this marker be further sothwhere the green & white sign that says Entering New Braunfles City Limits is?
I was getting directions and was told by 2 people to exit Rukel Road. They told me it was before entering New Braunfles, so I turned around in search of Rukel Road. No luck. I again turned around and headed north. I passed the sign the sign saying Entering New Braunfles City Limits. I l ept going and exit 184 says Tukle Road. It is definitely in New Braunfles, but before the more ornate brick marker that says Welcome to .New Braunfles. People probably think the brick marker is where the city limits begin. It will be expensive toove the brick marke, or tear it down and errect a new marker were the city Limits a dually begin. It would be more appropriate more noticeable than the small Entering New Braunfles City Limits. It wouldn't confuse people as much
