He determined that the issue was within the intake pipe, removed it, cleaned out sediment, blew out whatever sediment remained, and it was good as new. Jim was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Jim for mobile RV service.

He made several phone calls and arranged a warranty claim for me. He came the next day and diagnosed the issue. He talked to mfg again and arranged a complete new refrigerator for me. When he came back with the refrigerator he was very conscientious about all the details. He has fabulous tools and is very knowledgeable. I am thrilled with his work and would highly recommend him.
