  I called after hours when our generator failed during an outage and TJ talked me through an easy fix that Generac customer service wouldn’t even explain. He saved me hundreds of dollars in after hours service. I will definitely be using them for future needs.

  Been with them for 3-4 Years! Never heard back from them after speaking with Lori, about the GENERAC Overspeed Code 1505 she promised Ricky would call me on after four(4) visits, at $200 each. Issue never fixed, call another Generator repair company yesterday, and it was diagnosed (10-minutes and lots of questions on the other company) on the spot, starter with spots (replaced) that hit or miss depending on how thing landed with the starter. I paid off the service bill they (Never Dark) gladly sent again and done with them after being promised that Ricky would call me on Monday then Tuesday; never heard from anyone. Common issue with them. Candy was nice enough yesterday to put another note on his desk as he was in the Woodbridge area. I have moved on, not my kind of service place, too complicated and overly quick to bill which is expensive; should have move on 3 years ago; they are consistent. Not mad at anybody but been with this company for 4 years and had it with excuses and lots of extreme billing of why they will not send the issue to the GENERAC due to afraid of being back charged...Really...is this supporting me or you! .   Our experience with Neverdark was awesome. The initial discussion was clear and answered all our questions. Other than a long lead time on the generator itself (which was outside the control of Neverdark) everything was quick and easy. They did great work, took good care of our house, and took the time to explain everything to both of us. Our house had had a manual generator panel installed before we bought it, and that work was not high quality. As part of the contract price, Neverdark repaired our panel, leaving it in better shape than when they showed up. Our biggest regret is that Neverdark only does generators. We'd love to use them again, but only need one generator.

  We have been so impressed with Never Dark from the very beginning of contacting them until their final work. Their price for the whole house generator was between $500 and $1000 less than other companies contacted. The prices given were all inclusive with no hidden costs. The office staff was always professional and courteous on the phone never rushed or pushy. The installment crew did a great job and were very neat cleaning up as they went along. Obviously they have done this many times before and were very knowledgeable. The crew walked us through the whole process so that we know what to expect. Their knowledge was thorough and they share in ways that made it easy to understand. They were there for us even waiting for the inspections and knew exactly what the inspectors needed. Great job and we highly recommend them.

  Everyone that we worked with from Never Dark Whole House Generators was very courteous and helpful. The installers were very knowledgeable about their work and were excellent in explaining how everything works to us as the homeowners, in language we could easily understand. We would definitely recommend them to others planning to install a whole house generator.
