  We paid nearly $200/month to manage wifi access at a restaurant. It took them four days to implement a simple but urgent network adjustment, even after requesting that the ticket be expedited. We're talking about 5 minutes of actual work, maybe 15 minutes total if we're allowing for ticketing and documentation followup as well. Four days to get to something like that is unprofessional and frankly ridiculous, especially with this kind of monthly maintenance rate.

  Loved the personal attention & amazing customer service! They Listened to my needs and found a reasonable affordable solution. I have purchased computers, had them do repairs and software upgrades, I would recommend cedar creek for all your computer needs.
