  Neil and his staff were great, I walked in to submit some information regarding a claim and lack of communication from my current agent, I spoke directly with Neil and walkout with my request to change agents and will soon be meeting him to go over my current coverage. That is how you treat customers first and why I feel he will do right by me and for my family.

  I've been with State Farm for years, and loved my Oregon agent. Just moved to Washington, so needed to change agents. I spoke with Katerra, and she was amazing! The transfer was seamless, and she not only got me better coverage, but was able to drop my bill! Incredible people to work with!
