  Erika with NEC has made our switch easy and affordable. We were with a different agency for home and auto and they didn’t want to shop around for us. Told me that I wasn’t going to beat the insurance we had on our home. Well I was fine with shopping around and even if we had to pay a little more on home we would save with auto. That’s exactly what Erika did… found us an affordable rate for both home and auto and for the home they aren’t depreciating our roof like the other company was through our other agent. Definitely worth contacting NEC to have them shop around for your insurance needs!

  Be careful using this company. I was hesitant to make a claim against my home because I felt it was the neighbors responsibly. I didn't want my insurance going up with a claim on my record. They listened and assured me my insurance company would fight this and it would be my neighbors responsibly not mine. My insurance company didn't fight for me, they took over 50% of the damages in deductible. The rest I'll have to save and see what my new rate is rather than replace my property. My rep quickly changed her tune saying she didn't know the insurance laws since she's not an agent. UPDATE: I did additional digging myself and presented my data to the neighbors insurance. They agreed to cover the property but now my insurance will not withdraw the claim. Terrible advice to claim this through my own insurance by NEC.

  Amy was super friendly and easy to work with! I left her a message saying I was interested in upgrading my plan while possibly decreasing my monthly payment. She beat everyone else who gave me quotes including AAA who I was using previously. Glad to do business here with NEC and Amy.

  I had accidentally dialed their number trying to reach Reed insurance and I'm glad I did. Amy was extremely helpful and very friendly.
