  I wish I could give zero star. We sent our account to this collection company in April. Its been 4 months now, and all along we were only given false promises that they will file the lawsuit as the delinquent had funds to pay. We paid $450 for their services and court filing fees but they did nothing. Whenever you asked for an update, Vic would call and say how bad things were in California. Total rip off.... You lose money to bad debts and if that wasn't people who you reach out to help you screw you over too. :((( Per your response, I called but no one answered and your VM is full so could not leave a VM. Another one of your false promises?

  They do not respond to emails nor answer the phone. They’ve listed specific numbers and email in their letter yet don’t respond even if I follow the exact procedure they state? They send threatening letters without any way to ask questions.

  I had an extremely positive experience with NCSPlus. They were professional, efficient, and provided the outcome which was promised. I worked with Michael Pauline, who was accessible and responsive. Big Thumbs Up!

  This is a great company to work with. Very friendly support staff. Very helpful in making sure all my needs are met. Love working with this company. Would recommend them to everyone.

  This company failed to pay us monies owed that they had collected over the span of many years. When the fraud was discovered, our representative quit his position with the company.
