  We had put off replastering our 30-year-old pool because we dreaded the big mess and expense, but we could not be happier with the process and the results delivered by Nava Pool Plaster. After getting bids from five companies, we chose Nava because it offered competitive pricing and warranty, and had the best online reviews. Emails were answered in minutes (even on the weekend), the crews were considerate and efficient, and they cleaned up perfectly after each stage of the process. Literally an hour after we signed the contract they were here to set up the pump to empty the pool. The next morning, a crew of 14 arrived with jackhammers to scrape off the old plaster and tile. It's a loud and messy job, but there wasn't a speck of plaster on the ground when they left 3 hours later. Next, they sent us to their tile supplier (Superior Tile), which had top-of-the line choices and excellent customer service. A day later, the tile was up, and after a brief rain delay the crew returned to do the plastering. Their workmanship was outstanding. Once the pool was filled, the head of the company, Jorge Nava, came by personally to inspect the work and make sure everything was done perfectly. We can't say enough good things about Nava Pool Plaster. Hire them! You won't be disappointed.

  My pool project was part of the Imperial Pools fiasco. Imperial Pools left me with a half -finished pool and 90% of my money gone. I called dozens of companies to get help and very few were willing to help out. When I contacted Nava Pool Platering, Jorge responded right away and even came over to take a look at the pool the same day. He specializes in plastering but gave me some ideas and a recommendation of another company that can get me to the stage where Nava Pool can begin their part of the job. Jorge was very caring and helpful with my situation. He communicated in a timely manner and really went out of his way to help me out after being screwed over by another company. His crew was timely and did great work. When it was time for his company to take over the tile and plastering, the company completed the work in less than two weeks from me notifying them that I was ready for the next phase. I highly recommend Jorge and Nava Pool Plastering. Jorge really cares about people and helped me out in a very bad situation when most companies were not even entertaining the idea of helping. If you want to do business with an honorable business owner, Jorge and Nava Pool Plastering is the place for you.

  So happy with this company. Jorge respond to us within minutes of contacting him. He gave us a good price on the spot. And came the same week to plaster our pool. Plus the crew was on time. Professional and finished quick!! Our pool looks amazing!! These are the guys you want to make your pool beautiful again!! Those other 1 star reviews have no relevance to this companies workmanship. I wouldn’t even look at those reviews.
