  Blent and his team did an amazing job on a project involving installing a French drain to move water away from our foundation and installing a beautiful paver path to the garden. After I called them, Blent got back to me quickly. He came out and looked at what we wanted and gave me a bid the next day. He scheduled the job to start the next week. He and his crew showed up on time on all three days of the project. They were polite, cleaned up, worked quickly and efficiently, and finished the job exactly as we had discussed. Blent communicated via text each day when the crew was leaving for the day. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They did exactly what they said and the result is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

  The disappointment is twofold for this company: customer service and actual work for the price paid. I have what I can only describe as an adopted grandma to me, and they severely took advantage of her. She paid around $1,500 for a very simple job, and they took advantage of her sweet, non-confrontational demeanor. If the pricing had been lower, it would’ve been fine, but the work was unprofessional for what they charged. Further, what’s alarming to me is that they called my grandma and bullied her afterwards, gaslighting her and making HER feel bad for their dissatisfactory work. Perhaps they should have apologized and offered to remedy the situation instead.
