From exceptional customer service, to great pricing, to knowledge of the product and familiarity with the local land, moisture, stone and rock requirements! I can’t remember the last time I spent an hour of a sales person’s time without them losing their smile and luster. Evan is awesome. After all that time, I told him I had to think on it before making a decision. He encouraged us to shop around and make the best decision for ourselves. Not only did we buy from them, but we told him we were looking for a few other things for some other small projects. He found supplies for them all and gave us a great rate and continued exceptional customer service through it all. I’ll probably never go to a hardware store for landscape materials ever again. What services do you offer?
Nature Perfect is a design/build landscape construction firm. We offer professional landscape design and installation, pond/water feature repair & maintenance, landscape maintenance and bark blowing installation. What is your service area?
We are based in Olympia, WA. Our Pond Supply Retail Store and design offices are located at 4120 Harrison Ave NW, Olympia WA 98502. We provide design, installation and maintenance services throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
Do I need a design in order to have landscaping installed?
No. However, it is highly recommended. Design is a point of communication and inspiration for you and for us. By having a design we can give you the best price possible for the installation and you have greater confidence that you will love what we install. In the end, a design brings clarity and helps avoid confusion, allowing for a superior end result.
How long does a project take?
A landscape design typically takes from one to four weeks. Project installation can vary a lot depending on the scale of installation ranging from just a one day installation to a front and back yard makeover that can take up to two months. Two to three weeks is a good average for most projects.
When is the best time of the year to get a project started?
Anytime. We work year round so anytime that works best for you. Our busiest time is May through September, so it would be good to plan ahead if you want to have work done during this time. Getting the design done in the off-season is a great way to ensure that you’re ahead of the crowd for installation.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We offer free on-site landscape consultations within 30 miles of Olympia. We may charge a $50-$100 consultation fee for meetings outside of our local service area. We do charge a consultation fee if it involves a pond remodel or repair.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been designing and installing beautiful landscapes for almost 18 years now. Landen Moore started this company in the Summer of 2000 with Joel Pratt coming on as partner shortly after. At that time we were known as Venture West. In 2005 we incorporated and changed our name to Nature Perfect Inc. In 2006 we opened Nature Perfect Pond and Supply Store and created our on-site Pond Maintenance division shortly after. Over the last year, we have added Landscape Maintenance and Bark Blowing services.
What is it like to work with you as a company?
Professional and enjoyable. We try to take the stress out of it for you by answering all your questions up front and by having a great team of designers and craftsmen that listen and care.
How can we see your work?
Please view our website Gallery. We also have a beautiful display garden at The Bark & Garden Center located at 4004 Harrison Ave NW in Olympia. Specific work can be seen by request with permission from previous clients.
