  What I love most is how genuinely caring and knowledgeable the staff are. They don’t just sell products they take the time to explain what’s best for my dog specifically. It feels personal, not just transactional. Bottom line: if you’re in Silverdale and you’ve got a four-legged best friend, Naturally 4 Paws is the place to go. My guy gives it two paws up (and probably would’ve given more if he had thumbs).

  Naturally 4 Paws is the ultimate pet haven! The staff actually know their stuff and treat your furry one like royalty. Great selection of raw foods, natural products, grooming, training, and even doggy massage (yes, my dog is officially more pampered than I am; his name is Prince). Always friendly, always helpful easily the best spot in Silverdale for anyone who wants their pet happy and healthy. If my dog had thumbs, he’d be writing this review himself probably while snacking on one of the fancy treats from Naturally 4 Paws. This place is basically a spa, grocery store, and wellness retreat rolled into one (but for pets). The grooming here is fantastic too. My boy walks out looking like he’s ready for the dog version of GQ.

  Had an appointment for two dogs to get groomed. Asked for 0.5 inch body, keep tail hair long, take ear hair length to the leather. One dog came out looking fine with a few stray hairs. The second came out looking terrible. Tails were kept long, but ear hair was not addressed at all - ear hair was just as long as when I dropped them off. Both dogs had “The Grinch” paws with in-between toe hair sticking out. The second dog’s face was uneven and not blended out; the left side of his body was a good half inch longer than the rest of him; overall, his cut was choppy, not blended, and had missed spots on his sanitary and pit areas. I was shocked at how bad it looked, but didn’t want to say anything since there is a sign that states that “if you cross the line” of telling the groomer how to do their job, there is an up charge for the groom. The cost of these grooms is not cheap and I am disappointed with the results. This is the second unsatisfactory experience I have had with grooming here. It is also interesting that they didn’t ask us about scheduling a future appointment. It’s as if they intentionally did a poor job hoping that we won’t come back. Edit to add to the owners reply: Goldendoodle is not a breed, but goldendoodle sizes vary 50-90 lbs. My dogs are 55lbs and 65 lbs and do not exceed “breed standard” sizes. We have not gotten feed back from your team that they are larger than what a standard goldendoodle is. Your statement that information was provided to us regarding the dogs being uncooperative is incorrect. Your groomer did not mention to either of the two people picking them up that they were uncooperative. And this would be the first time that we have ever gotten feedback about them being uncooperative and unsafe to groom. Additionally, your team did not communicate anything regarding not wanting to groom them again when they were picked up. Indeed, it would have been nice to get this information provided in a professional manner from your team at pick up, but it was not.
