    We went with this service after seeing our neighbor's gorgeous lawn. They have completely transformed our dead, weed-filled lawn into something green! It's not good grass like we want, but they were very thoughtful about at least leaving us green to look at for the summer before the season changed and we could actually address the grass issue. The natural/organic products they use is an added bonus. We're so happy with their work so far and look forward to continuing to see the progress. I appreciate that they always leave notes of what they did at each visit.

    I am so disappointed with Natural Lawn. I received a quote that was fair based upon a review of my property, which they did using a satellite image. After the first application in the early spring, the lawn really came to life with the exception of the grass on either side of my fairly long driveway. But I didn’t really think about it, figuring that it would catch up to the front and backyard. Today the technician showed up and looked very confused so I came over to him. He said that he only had the front yard and backyard on his order, but not the rest of my lawn along the driveway. He said he can’t do the application because he doesn’t even have enough product. He stated that it was an error made by the office and that I should call them. Upon speaking with the office, I told them that they had missed a whole section of my lawn and not treated it the first time. I was told that it was their mistake, and that they would have to charge me more for the additional lawn service that they did not account for in the satellite overview. I told them that I signed up with them at the specific price I was quoted, and that I had budgeted for that price. And that I wasn’t going to pay anymore because they got my business based upon the price they gave me. The manager immediately said to me OK, “we will take you off the schedule.” I was shocked because he didn’t even try to save my business at all. The right thing to do would have been to add the extra lawn and keep the price the same, but instead he just ended our business, and without much of an apology for not doing the rest of my yard. Not very good Business on their part, but they must have a lot of customers to just admit they screwed up and not try to make me happy. I will not be using them again.
