  My landlords used this company to fertilize and use weed killer on our lawn. I watched my dogs eat some of the dirt that had been treated and they got sick and started to vomit uncontrollably. I immediately had my landlords contact the company to ask what products had been used on the lawn so that I could get my pets the proper vet care if necessary and have peace of mind to know what they ingested. They told my landlords that it couldn’t possibly be the products since they haven’t had any issues with pets for 20 years (as if, for one, the products used hadn’t changed in 20 years). I work from home and my pets are directly by my side all day. They were unattended outside for less than 5 minutes and I visibly saw them eating the dirt when I returned. I know it’s what made them sick as there was literally nothing else for them to get into. As their website indicates, the fertilizer is organic, and the weed control has “less” - key word - chemicals than others, but that doesn’t mean if your pet ingests it that they won’t get sick. I even tried to reach out to the company directly, and with urgency, to see exactly what is in their products, and they didn’t respond to me. Not responding to customer complaints about their pets getting sick from the product doesn’t equate to not having issues in 20 years. Very disappointed in their lack of accountability, and lack of responsiveness to what was a scary situation. The literal only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one, is that despite my dogs eating the treated soil, they did not die and did return to normal after about 3 days. Please note that animals are drawn to fertilizer and “pet friendly” doesn’t mean they will not get sick if they ingest it.

  I found NaturaLawn five years ago when I decided to stop using harsh chemicals in my home and lawn. Beau is the best in the business. He is honest, trustworthy, dependable and he LISTENS to his customers. Anytime an issues arises ( which doesn't happen often) he addresses it quickly and resolves it. I'm glad the OKC area has a healthier and effective option for the environment! The products work well and I wish more people would come to the "green side" . I can't say enough good things about this company.

  I have been using NaturaLawn for over a year now and my yard looks way better than it did with one of those other chemical lawn companies and for less money. Great service!
