This review is mainly my experience with my lawn technician Davonne and the dispatcher Lexie. Davonne: what a great guy, super informative and explained the process as well as what substances he would be using and why. I stood there and nodded and acted like I understood, but It was the way he took that time and also the cheerful disposition in which he told me that prompted me to write this review. What a an asset for any company that has daily customer interactions, to have a guy like Davonne on staff. Lexie: I have been communicating with Lexie (mostly by text) for as long as we have had our account and she is a superstar as well. I can text her and she is right on it, always quick with a response and has answers for any and all questions I may have. Oh and she always texts me a day ahead to give me heads up that they will be coming, so I know to keep an eye out and put my dogs away before they come. If everyone at Naturalawn is as good as Davonne and Lexie, that company is unstoppable. Thanks again you two.
